NAUI Scuba Diver is the entry-level certification course for new divers. This where you will begin your underwater journey to new and amazing places.

We will teach the fundamental knowledge and skills to safely dive in open water.

During your NAUI Scuba Diver class, you will learn about modern dive equipment, diving sciences, responsible diving practices and the environment. Diving skills will be taught and practiced first in the comfort and convenience of a confined water environment and finally during your open water training dives with your NAUI Instructor.

COURSE PROGRESS

First Step: You will be registered in the NAUI e-learning course. Here you can study the basics of scuba diving at your pace in your home. Required before second step.

Second Step: It’s time to review the fundamentals from the first step with your instructor. Next you will get hands on training with the equipment followed by skills training in the pool. Required before third step.

Third Step: Let’s go diving. This will be a weekend trip to central Florida where you will conduct 4 checkout dives. Year around the crystal clear water temperature is 72 degrees. First we visit Rainbow River for 2 dives and the following day we go to Blue Grotto for 2 dives.
